Executive Director
Francis Tan Hock Leong (Chairman/Chief Executive Officer) He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of R&A Telecommunication Sdn Bhd ("R&A"). He founded R&A in 1993 together with his wife, Cheok Chun Lian, and has been steadily nurturing and charting the growth of the company since then, Prior to R&A, he was working for Public Bank Berhad before moving on to Orix leasing Sdn Bhd. He also sit on the Board of Directors of R&A's subsidiaries, namely R&A Metal Sdn Bhd and Heracom Sdn Bhd.
Nesakumar Retnasamy (Executive Director/ Chief Operating Officer) Possess Bachelor of Engineering major studies in Communication and Electronic Engineering (Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria, Australia. He joined R&A Group in 2009 as Chief Operating Officer and his responsibilities include management, planning and implementation of technical focus as well as strategic plans of the Company.

Tan Chuek Hooi He graduated from University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada in 1983 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Administration majoring in Accounting and minoring in Business Statistic. He has over 27 years of experience working for various companies in Malaysia and abroard in the field of finance, accounting, treasury management and corporate management. His list of employments includes Tech Pacific NZ Ltd and Tele Dynamics Sdn Bhd.
Tay Mun Kit Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants("ACCA")(United kingdom). He is the CFO for EA Holdings Berhad, a company involved in the provision of investment holding, management and consultancy services. Prior to joining EA Holdings Berhad, he was attached to an audit firm and has more than ten (10) years exoperience in the field of auditing and corporate services
Choo Seng Choon He is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a Chartered Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia and a Certified Internal Auditor. He also holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Kuala Lumpur. He has over 15 years of professional experience that includes internal audit, risk management, investigations, business management consulting, business process re-engineering, corporate governance advisory, due diligence, financial projections and financial audits. He is currently the Executive Director and Chief Operationg Officer of Audex Governance Sdn Bhd, a professional services firm that specialises in provision of internal audit, risk management and management consulting services to a wide range of multinational and public listed conglomerate clients operating in the Asia Pacific Region. He also sits on the Research and Technical Advisory Committee of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Malaysia.
