The new enlarged Group was formed on 27 June 2011 when R&A Telecommunication Group Berhad (formerly known as Kzen Solutions Berhad) acquired R&A Telecommunication Sdn Bhd (“RASB”) and R&A Metals Sdn Bhd.

At present, R&A Telecommunication Group structure is as follows :-
